Existen elementos para sostener que las elecciones de 2006 consolidaron el realineamiento electoral iniciado en 1997 en favor del PRD, al mismo tiempo que los índices de identidad partidaria de los capitalinos se mantuvieron constantes. Esto se observa desde el análisis de la consistencia del voto en los sufragios locales, donde parece haber una marcada estabilidad en las tendencias electorales de las cuatro últimas elecciones. Se busca rastrear los elementos que explican el realineamiento electoral de la Ciudad de México de manera agregada, y estudiar las características de la nueva era electoral configurada a partir de los tres últimos comicios.Descargas
